GOAL:

Consulting practice groups and global marketing needed to detail both results and work process for this German software company. Information had to be gathered across a range of companies, countries and industries. Debriefing conferences with SAP consultants, partner companies and end-user clients could capture best practices, areas for change and essential customer feedback after multi-million-dollar re-engineering engagements.

RESULTS:

Gamechange delivered white papers, brochures and ‘internal use only’ summaries on a diverse set of projects during three years. Global business took on a new meaning with case studies that spanned oil/gas exploration and daily operations at India’s ONGC; transformation of the finance operations at the Slovak Ministry of Defence and a worldwide strategic production change and plan for a U.S. semiconductor maker. End-user clients and SAP consultants both said they gained new learnings, by evaluating details that were not apparent during the projects. One client called it ‘insights in hindsight.’
